Pinellas Diaspora Arts Project, (PDAP) hosted the inaugural Tampa Bay Chalk Festival on the Deuces in St. Petersburg, Florida on Saturday, May 13, 2023. The sidewalks of 22nd Street between 7th Avenue South and 9th Avenue South on the historic Deuces were transformed into a kaleidoscope of colorful squares as professionals, beginners, and everyone in between took part in this free community event.
