Welcome to PDAP!

Mission: Pinellas Diaspora Arts Project, Inc. (PDAP) strengthens the well-being of communities in Tampa Bay by expanding access to arts, technology, media, and civic exchange. We create opportunities for people of all ages to participate in creative and educational experiences in effort to inspire personal growth, community connection, and lifelong learning.

Join us on the Deuces [22nd Street South between 7th Ave S & 9th Ave S] on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at the 4th Tampa Bay Chalk Festival! Over 25 community artists will create beautiful sidewalk art with the theme “OUR WATERY FUTURES 2026”!

Plus — our first Water Consciousness Community Gathering at WADA/ArtsXchange!

Join local experts and water advocates to learn about how they work to protect our waterways, educate the community about our environmental issues! Plus, learn about water researcher Dr. Masaru Emoto…take part in a community mural — and take part in our community tea service!

Last year’s Urban Futures Festival https://tbuffest.com was one for the books — and it’s incredible to see how much PDAP has been able to not only directly support artists and changemakers, but has truly created tangible and fun pathways for folks of all ages to explore technology, culture, identity, art, and imagination without barriers. – Conscious Community Connectors
